ABOUT ME
I have been a dedicated practitioner of energy healing since 2010. My journey began in Kyoto, Japan, where I studied under the guidance of Inamoto Hyakuten Sensei, receiving the Chuden (Second Degree) attunement directly from him. I later completed the Usui Reiki Master Level and received Kundalini Reiki attunements, deepening my connection to various energetic traditions.
I lived in Japan until 2018, where I continued to refine my skills and broaden my understanding of energy work. After returning, I expanded my studies through various courses, including Duality and Unlocking Transcendence by Jeffrey Allen. Over the years, I have also trained in and practiced several other healing modalities and spiritual tools, which I integrate intuitively into my sessions based on each individual's needs.
Continual learning and personal growth are at the heart of my practice. Energy healing is my lifelong passion and personal path of transformation and service to everyone in need. I speak Italian and Japanese, love practicing meditation, hiking, photography ( all the pictures are mine), and yoga.
A Note on Healing
While I am deeply confident in the energy tools I use and the quality of the healing I offer, one essential element must come from you, the healee.
To fully experience the effects of energy healing, it's important to enter the session with a new state of mind: the belief that you can and will feel better, no matter how physically or emotionally low you may feel at the moment. Without the inner conviction that you deserve to live in health, balance, and joy, and without a shift in mindset about your current condition, true healing cannot begin.
This mindset is the foundation not only for energy work, but for transformation in any area of life.
Alongside energy healing, simple lifestyle choices can greatly support your journey: eating healthy, nourishing food, staying hydrated, reducing alcohol intake, spending time in nature, connecting with loved ones and moving your body regularly.
These suggestions might seem obvious, even cliché, but how often do we abandon them for online doom scrolling, binge watching, or simply postponing small positive changes?
Start with one small step today: your body, mind, and spirit will thank you.
